Andraschko Espresso Tasting Set

3 x 250g espresso coffee

Andraschko Buena Vista with Jamaica Blue Mountain

The Arabica beans come from the best growing areas. Semi washed Brazils, a Panama Boquete with an addition of the (probably best and most expensive coffee bean) Jamaica Blue Mountain. The rest remains a secret of Andraschko.

The Andraschko coffee factory roasts each variety separately in the Probat drum roaster. Only carefully selected Arabica coffees are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, type by type, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius before they are combined to form this balanced blend.

Andraschko Bar Italia

The Italian bar is the origin of the European coffee culture. It owes this to the espresso machine and its guardian, the barista. You can see his attachment to the machine. His inspiration is the audience, each spectator a specialist.

With a lot of experience, Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko and their staff manage to create a typical Trieste-style espresso blend.

Andraschko Viennese coffee house blend

Viennese coffee. Who doesn't know him?! The Viennese coffeehouse is a legendary institution - and the second place of Central European coffee culture after the Italian bar. With the subtle difference that in Vienna the most different ways of preparation are cultivated.

From the fifties onwards, the strainer espresso machine has been used in the coffeehouse. The tendency towards milder coffee has remained. It is perfect for the filter holder machine as espresso, but cappuccino or latte macchiato can also be enjoyed perfectly with the Andraschko Viennese coffee house blend.

Exquisite espresso blend consisting of eight Arabica varieties. The Arabica varieties are individually refined in the Probat drum roaster and are only blended into the Viennese coffeehouse blend after roasting and cooling.
